1、High single-pile loading capacity to meet requirements for different projects;

2、Up to 55m for single pile, able to satisfy most projects, no need to connect piles to reduce the adverse effect caused by joints.

3、Silica powder is added outside to reduce Ca(OH)2 and increase the resistance of the piles.

4、The  adoption pf spinning process could  effectively discharge excessive water, reduce the porosity, enhance the density of concrete, improve the endurance and  corrodion resistance of the piles.

5、 Steam curing and autoclaving process:

(1) In atmospher pressure steam curing process,after achiving the demoulding strength of the product,placing them in the steam curing chamber for natural curing of 28 days according to national standard.

(2)According to the project requirements,use autoclave technology based on the accomplishment of steam curing.The autoclaving process is equicvalent to natural curing of 28 days and it will significantly reduce the production cycle to three days and meet the requirement of different projects.
